4. Cookies
To enhance your online experience with us, many of our web pages use 'cookies.' Cookies are text files placed on your hard disk by our web server to store your preferences. Cookies help us learn which areas of the Site are useful and which areas need improvement. Cookies, by themselves, do not tell us your e-mail address or other personally identifiable information and we do not store personally identifiable information in cookies.
We use cookies as a convenience feature to save you time, to understand how our Site is used, and to improve the content and offerings on the Site. For example, we may use cookies to personalize your experience at the Site or recall your specific information on subsequent visits (e.g., to recognize you by name when you return to the Site). You can opt to have your browser reject cookies. If you do that, you may need to re-register with us every time you visit our Site in order to take advantage of all components of the Site and the Service. Please be advised that if you refuse cookies, you also assume all responsibility for any resulting loss of functionality.
We also may collect certain non-personally identifiable information (e.g., generic information that does not identify you personally) when you visit any of the pages on the Site, such as the type of browser you are using (e.g., Internet Explorer), the type of operating system you are using, (e.g., Windows XP or Mac OS), IP addresses (the number assigned to computers on the Internet), the domain name of your Internet service provider (e.g., Verizon or Comcast), the URL from which you access the Site and the URL you first visit after leaving the Site. In addition, we, or third-party service providers acting on our behalf, may use JavaScript (e.g., analytic software to determine how long you view each webpage, how often you view our website, which website directed you to us) to collect information about your browsing behavior on the Site, such as the areas or pages that you visit and the amount of time you spend viewing the Site.

5. How We Use Non-personally Identifiable Information
As explained above, we use cookies as a convenience feature to save you time, to understand how our Site is used, to improve the content and offerings on the Site and to offer you products, programs, or services. In some instances, WiseChoice may advertise (e.g., banner ads or sponsored links on search engine results pages) its Services on the web via marketing partners that WiseChoice has a formal relationship with. In the event that you use one of our marketing partners to be directed to the Site, and you register for the Services, we must compensate that partner for its services. As a result, we may use the non-personally identifiable information that we collect from you (e.g., the date(s) you were directed to our Site and accessed the Services), along with the minimal amount of nonpublic personal information, such as your name, to compensate the partner for your referral. Again, please be assured that we will not disclose personal information that is not required for compensation. In addition, we sometimes use non-personally identifiable information to enable us to personalize your Internet experience. We also may use this information in the aggregate to analyze how our Site is used, as well as to offer you products, programs or services. We may share aggregated, non-personally identifiable information, including demographic information and Site traffic analysis with our partners. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

6. Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track users' movement, prevent fraud, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

7. Third Party Websites
This policy is only applicable to the Site, and not to any other websites that you may be able to access from the Site, each of which may have data collection and use practices and policies that differ materially from this Policy. If you choose to visit other websites, we are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those other websites, and it is your responsibility to review the Privacy Policy at those websites to confirm that you understand and agree with their policies.

8. Note to Parents and Children under 13
We are a general audience website, and do not target any of our content specifically at children under 13 years of age, nor do we knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we learn or have reason to suspect that a Site user is under age 13, we will promptly delete any personal information in that user's account.

9. Security
WiseChoice has extensive security measures in place to maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to guard your nonpublic personal information. All information shared by you is securely transmitted to WiseChoice's servers via a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) line to ensure it stays between you and us. All our servers are housed in a secure facility with 24/7 security that has been certified with a SAS 70 Type II Audit. In addition, we use a proactive Intrusion Detection System (IDS) to guard against unauthorized parties gaining access to our servers. Furthermore, access to nonpublic personal information about you is limited to those employees and third parties who work on our behalf and who need to know such information to provide products or services to you, and WiseChoice will exercise reasonable care in providing those employees and third parties who work on our behalf with information in a secure way.

10. Site and Service Updates
Depending on your desired preferences as indicated during the registration process for accessing the Site, WiseChoice will send all new users a welcoming email and/or text message to verify their username and to explain the login process. We also send users Site and Service newsletters, updates, and other appropriate notifications via email or text message. Users are able to opt-out from Site and Service newsletters/updates and/or text messages by setting or changing their preferences under their profile on our website. We communicate via email and/or text messages with users to provide requested services and for issues relating to their profiles.

11. Correcting/Updating Personal Information
If your nonpublic personal information changes, we will provide a way for you to correct or update your personal data. If you no longer desire to use our Service, we will provide a way to remove your personal data. These can be done by updating your profile on the website. Because we want to protect you from the loss, misuse and/or alteration of the information under our control, we have authorized only you to update your profile. Please respect this security measure and refrain from sharing your password information to another party. You are responsible for all use of the Site accessed through your username and password.

12. Notification of Changes
WiseChoice reserves the right to modify, temporarily or permanently, any part of the Privacy Policy for any reason, at its sole discretion. You agree to review the Privacy Policy periodically to ensure that you are aware of any modifications. Your continued access or use of the Site and the Services after the modifications have become effective shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified Terms.
