WiseChoice and Student-Serving Organizations

WiseChoice is a comprehensive online system for college planning, financial aid guidance and career exploration. This technology platform is focused on helping students find colleges that fit, and was designed to guide and support students, their families, and their counselors in the navigation of critical life events. In so doing, WiseChoice helps maximize educational and career outcomes.

Partnering With WiseChoice

Now, student-serving organizations can benefit from our technology and provide their students, parents and counselors with access to the WiseChoice system through the Technology Improves Outcomes (“TIO”) Project. Project TIO is specifically tailored for non-profit, student-serving organizations, and provides program participants with immediate access to a private, closed-loop online platform and our complete suite of WiseChoice services for college & career planning. Our turn-key solution is designed for quick and easy implementation with little to no technical resources required by our Project TIO partners.

Supporting Student-Serving Organizations

Through Project TIO, the comprehensive version of WiseChoice offered to student-serving organizations is supplemented with administrative reporting functionality and student management tools. Your counselors and mentors will be directly connected to student accounts to guide them in the college planning process. Enhancements to the administrative & mentoring toolsets are in development, and will continue to substantially influenced by feedback from Project TIO program participants. We want to hear from you so we can continue to build the tools and resources you need to help you in your work with students.

Project TIO: Let's Get Started!

You're busy...we get it. And that's why working with WiseChoice is so easy. To get your team and your students started with the Technology Improves Outcomes Project and the WiseChoice platform, a member of your organizations need only:

  • Complete a declaration of interest
  • Provide your organization's logo
  • Choose between one of two very simple set-up steps
  • Determine a "go live" date
  • Undergo a one-time, one-hour orientation

Our team is always interested in identifying new Project TIO partners. Let us know more about your organization, like the number of students served and the number of counselors accessing the student management tools and reporting system, and we can discuss implementation steps right away.

Our basic Project TIO package for not-for-profit entities is available at no cost. If co-branding and customization is requested, annual fees or "per seat pricing" may be required. But remember...WiseChoice will work in partnership with participating organizations to seek and secure underwriting. Just because someone may have to pay for a co-branded system for your students, it doesn't necessarily have to be your organization!
